• Payment must be made in full at the time of order.
• We accept Paypal and most Credit and Debit cards
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Delivery

• We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order within 7 days in the UK and 14 in other regions
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of products.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or postal strikes.
• If your order is not delivered within 14 days please contact us.

5. Returns and Refunds

• You may return unused, unopened products within 30 days of receipt.
• To return a product, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.
• We will refund the purchase price of the returned product, minus any applicable shipping charges.
• We do not offer refunds for custom or personalized products.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Webstore, including but not limited to text, images, and logos, is the property of The Dead Can Wait and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
